Postpartum Support

As a postpartum doula, I am first and foremost here to support YOU: your choices, your body, your wishes, and your autonomy. My mission as a birthworker is to offer compassionate, responsive, and creative care for clients and their families through all outcomes of pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. My work with clients is a collaboration guided by curiosity. This practice is firmly rooted in trust building, consent, and creating individualized care that is unique to what you need.

I lead with the belief that societies, families, and relationships are stronger when birthing parents are well supported and have the nourishment they need. My desire in this practice is to provide families the support they need to navigate this adjustment with dignity, safety, and holistic care. I love working with clients of all genders, backgrounds, and family sizes and structures.

The postpartum period is a precious time full of changes and deserving of reverence. My priority is to create as much space as possible for you to rest, heal, and focus on bonding with your baby. As your postpartum doula, I’m here to listen, answer questions, and encourage you in finding what works for you and your family as you integrate. I’m here to tend to your home, offer resources, and help you to stay nourished through this transition.
