Birth & Labor Support

As a birth and labor doula, I am first and foremost here to support YOU: your choices, your body, your wishes, and your autonomy. I will be here to guide as you need and walk with you during this transformative time. During this journey, I’m here to hold your hand, listen, advocate for you, and help provide you the information that you need to make informed and empowered decisions for your care. My mission as a birthworker is to offer compassionate, responsive, and creative care for clients and their families through all outcomes of pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. My work with clients is a collaboration guided by curiosity. This practice is firmly rooted in trust building, consent, and creating individualized care that is unique to what you need.
I lead with the belief that societies, families, and relationships are stronger when birthing parents are well supported and have the nourishment they need. I’m available to work with clients in a variety of birth contexts (home, hospital, birth center) and I love working with clients of all genders, backgrounds, and family sizes and structures. My desire in this practice is to provide families the support they need to navigate this adjustment with dignity, safety, and holistic care.
